If you want to get fit and discover easy-to-learn self-defence skills, then Cheltenham Boxing Academy is right for you.

Most people who join us for the first time have never thrown a punch before in their lives - they start their journey with us wanting to get 'boxing fit' and fancy a change from the traditional gym.

By taking part in a boxing fitness session, learning how to hit a punch bag, and defending yourself against getting hit, you will get a buzz that you won't experience from a normal workout.

Everyone works out together, and because of that, it's also a great way of meeting new people and motivating each other in a team environment.

Cheltenham Boxing Academy members include people of all ages, genders, and professions. We have sessions for children as well as adults.

The trainers are friendly and patient. They ease new people in with some simple basics and let them develop at their own pace in terms of skills and fitness. Some members have gone on to compete in boxing under the experienced eye of ex-champion boxer Pat Lewis, but that is their choice. Either way, you will have a great time and know the next day that you have had a serious workout!
